Clifftops is an exclusive 2000 acre gated residential community. We are located on Monteagle Mountain in the southern Cumberland Plateau, conveniently located between Nashville and Chattanooga Tennessee. Our property with its profusion of wooded landscape, mountain bluff views, native flowers, natural streams and waterfalls, consists of 280 privately owned lots. The Clifftops Property Owners Association operates and maintains a network of internal roads and certain recreational facilities for the benefit of the lot owners who are members of the Association. Our gate is controlled by Access controls and security personnel, state of the art CCTV monitors the entrance and exits. The use of lots within Clifftops property, the common areas and the recreational facilities are governed by the Clifftops Community Documents and the Rules and Regulations.
